Auchekia Miles (Germany) that the Lighthouse International Ministries would be established as a church. Eighteen believers became the founding members of this new work.
The Ministry of Christ’s church is a ministry of the entire church. As servants of Jesus Christ we are all called to be ministers. Each has a part to play in serving the world and reconciling it to God. In addition to this general calling some are called into the five-fold ministry. Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ; until we all attain the unity of faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-12)
On the 2nd of August 2009 many believers gathered at the Geilenkirchen Air force Base Chapel to acknowledge the charge that God had given to Elder Isaac Neal Horton to plant the Lighthouse International Ministries Church and to serve in the office of the Pastor. Today the members of the Lighthouse International Ministries do publicly affirms their covenant of mutual support to Elder Isaac Neal Horton as their pastor and the Lighthouse International Ministries as they co-labor together to do the work of Christ in order to be A Beacon of Light to the nations.
